The (USP-T) University of San Pablo-T was created in 2007. It is the first private university lay in the Northwest of Argentine and the first university created in the XXI century. The USP-T owes its name to its geographical location, located in the town of San Pablo in the premises of the former sugar mill which has the same name. It has three offices, the University Campus located in San Pablo, and two offices located in front of the Plaza Independencia, San Miguel de Tucuman.
The academic offerings of the university is not only novel in relation to the careers of other academic units in the region and the country, but also all their courses adapted to the changing needs of the global world exercising competence education. Currently offering more than 15 careers.
About my job:
As aforementioned USPT is a new young UNI, which is steadily growing. They called me because they usually only used to work with outsourced designers, which did not allow them to generate a coherent and unified image. The first challenge was redesigning identity, discarding unnecessary graphic elements and preserving what would be useful and generate new guidelines. A University generates a huge number of graphic and digital parts, internal communication and external. While I was trying to unify and generate an image with consistency, my job was answering all the needs that were emerging in the day by day. An example of some works were: generating parts for career enhancement, newsletters, flyers and informational pieces for new students, what is more, the university participates in events permanently further careers dictates courses, training sessions, which need to be published in magazines such as newspapers, and social networks. At the same time, they usually make signs to communicate important info to teachers and administrative staff: academic events, delivery of diplomas, among others. Indeed, this was one of the most multifaceted work in which I participated.
