· About client: Inkling Women provides Australia’s most energising, inspiring and impactful leadership and coaching programs for current and aspiring women leaders. They help them build the confidence and capability to step into more senior roles and to thrive when they do. They are playing a significant role in reducing the gender gap at executive level in Australia and in building more sustainable and enjoyable workplaces for both men and women.
· About my job: I made this work while i was working to Jaxzyn in Gold Coast, Australia. Inkling Woman is a really big organisation, with a lot of content and programs. They had a website but it was a bit messy, the information was mixed, that made the access confusing. My first challenge was to organize, and make the navigation really easy so the user could find what they want, the website needed to be cleaner, with a clear structure and resume some content. We suggest a new color palette and photograph style too.
